Delete MediCRS Account

You can initiate permanent account deletion directly from the MediCRS app.

In-app steps

Open MediCRS and sign in.
Open the account/profile settings.
Select Delete Account.
Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

What deletion is intended to remove

Your MediCRS account profile.
Medication and adherence data stored under your account.
Health-tracking records and generated-report history stored under your account.
Caregiver/monitored-patient connection records associated with your account.
Your profile image stored for your MediCRS account, where applicable.
Your authentication account, where deletion can be completed.

For security, Firebase or the sign-in provider may require recent authentication before permanent account deletion can complete. If that happens, sign in again and repeat the deletion process.

Need help?

If you cannot access the in-app deletion flow, contact support@medicrs.app and write “Account deletion” in the subject. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a deletion request.

Some limited records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or technical backup processes.

מידע על תרופות ונתוני נטילה השמורים תחת החשבון.
רישומי מעקב בריאותי והיסטוריית דוחות שנוצרו תחת החשבון.
רישומי חיבור למלווים ולמטופלים המשויכים לחשבון.
תמונת פרופיל שנשמרה עבור חשבון MediCRS, כאשר קיימת.
את חשבון האימות, כאשר ניתן להשלים את המחיקה.

מטעמי אבטחה, Firebase או ספק ההתחברות עשויים לדרוש אימות התחברות עדכני לפני שניתן להשלים מחיקה קבועה. במקרה כזה יש להתחבר מחדש ולבצע שוב את תהליך המחיקה.

ייתכן שמידע מוגבל יישמר כאשר הדבר נדרש על פי דין, לצורכי מניעת הונאה, אבטחה, טיפול במחלוקות או תהליכי גיבוי טכניים.
