This Privacy Policy explains how MediCRS handles information when you use the MediCRS mobile application and related services.
We use information to operate the app, save and synchronize your data, deliver reminders and caregiver notifications, provide connected-care features, generate user-requested reports, maintain account security, provide subscription features, troubleshoot problems, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.
If you connect a caregiver or family member, information may be shared with that person according to the permissions you grant. Depending on the selected permission, a caregiver may be able to view or edit medication and health-tracking information. You control whether to create or remove these connections.
MediCRS uses third-party infrastructure to provide core services. This may include Google Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage and Firebase Cloud Messaging, as well as Apple or Google authentication and app-store services where applicable. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Data may be processed or stored on infrastructure located outside your country. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards should be used for cross-border processing.
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls and cloud-service security features. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should protect their devices and account credentials.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can initiate account deletion from within the app. Deleting an account is intended to remove the account and associated app data under our control, subject to technical, legal or backup-retention requirements. In some cases, recent authentication may be required before account deletion can complete.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can also remove caregiver connections, change profile information, and control device notification permissions.
MediCRS is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to digital services in their jurisdiction unless use is authorized and supervised by a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, law or our practices change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.

בהתאם למדינה שבה המשתמש נמצא, ייתכנו זכויות לעיין במידע, לתקן אותו, למחוק אותו, להגביל שימוש בו או להתנגד לעיבוד מסוים. ניתן גם להסיר חיבורים למלווים, לעדכן פרטי פרופיל ולשלוט בהרשאות ההתראות במכשיר.
MediCRS אינה מיועדת לילדים מתחת לגיל המינימלי הנדרש להסכמה לשירותים דיגיטליים במדינתם, אלא אם השימוש מותר, מאושר ומפוקח על ידי הורה או אפוטרופוס חוקי בהתאם לדין החל.
אנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות זו בהתאם לשינויים במוצר, בדין או באופן שבו אנו מפעילים את השירות. הגרסה העדכנית תפורסם בעמוד זה עם תאריך עדכון.
