By using MediCRS, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Do not use MediCRS as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, pharmacist instructions or emergency services. Always follow the instructions of your physician, pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for verifying medication names, dosage, schedules, duration, stock and other information entered into MediCRS. You should never start, stop, skip, change or combine medication based solely on information or reminders shown by the app.
Notifications depend on your device, operating system, battery settings, internet connection, push-notification services and other systems outside our control. Reminders, caregiver alerts and low-stock alerts may be delayed, suppressed, duplicated or fail to arrive. They are supplementary tools only and must not be relied upon as the sole method for taking medication or monitoring another person.
Do not use MediCRS for emergency monitoring. If you believe you or another person may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and device. If you connect a caregiver, you authorize the sharing of information according to the permissions you select. Remove access promptly if it is no longer appropriate.
Paid subscriptions or in-app purchases, when available, are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds and payment-method management are subject to the applicable store's terms and settings. Features and pricing may change subject to applicable law and store requirements.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the app or its infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components except where permitted by law, or use MediCRS to violate the rights of others.
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The MediCRS name, software, design, content and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, except for third-party components used under their respective licenses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MediCRS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that reminders, reports, health records, caregiver alerts or other app functions will be complete, error-free, timely or suitable for a particular medical purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
You may stop using MediCRS at any time and may initiate account deletion through the app. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country remain unaffected.

השימוש ב‑MediCRS מהווה הסכמה לתנאי שימוש אלה. אם אינכם מסכימים לתנאים, אין להשתמש בשירות.
אין להשתמש ב‑MediCRS כתחליף לייעוץ רפואי מקצועי, אבחון, טיפול, הנחיות רוקח או שירותי חירום. יש לפעול תמיד לפי הנחיות רופא, רוקח או איש מקצוע רפואי מוסמך.
המשתמש אחראי לוודא את שמות התרופות, המינונים, זמני הנטילה, משך הטיפול, המלאי וכל מידע אחר שהוזן ל‑MediCRS. אין להתחיל, להפסיק, לדלג, לשנות או לשלב תרופות על סמך מידע או תזכורת שמופיעים באפליקציה בלבד.
התראות תלויות במכשיר, במערכת ההפעלה, בהגדרות סוללה, בחיבור לאינטרנט, בשירותי Push ובמערכות נוספות שאינן בשליטתנו. תזכורות, עדכונים למלווים והתראות מלאי עשויים להתעכב, להיחסם, להישלח יותר מפעם אחת או לא להגיע. מדובר בכלי עזר בלבד ואין להסתמך עליו כשיטה היחידה לנטילת תרופות או לפיקוח על אדם אחר.
אין להשתמש ב‑MediCRS לצורך ניטור חירום. אם קיים חשש למצב רפואי דחוף אצלכם או אצל אדם אחר, יש לפנות מיד לשירותי החירום המקומיים או לאיש מקצוע רפואי מוסמך.
המשתמש אחראי לשמירה על אבטחת החשבון והמכשיר. חיבור מלווה מהווה הרשאה לשיתוף מידע בהתאם להרשאות שהמשתמש בוחר. יש להסיר גישה כאשר היא אינה נדרשת עוד.
מנויים בתשלום או רכישות בתוך האפליקציה, כאשר יהיו זמינים, יעובדו דרך Apple App Store או Google Play. חיוב, חידוש, ביטול, החזר כספי וניהול אמצעי תשלום כפופים לתנאים ולהגדרות של החנות הרלוונטית. תכונות ומחירים עשויים להשתנות בכפוף לדין ולדרישות החנויות.
אין לעשות שימוש לרעה בשירות, לנסות להשיג גישה בלתי מורשית, להפריע לפעילות האפליקציה או התשתיות שלה, לבצע הנדסה לאחור של רכיבים מוגנים אלא אם הדבר מותר לפי דין, או להשתמש ב‑MediCRS כדי לפגוע בזכויות של אחרים.
אנו עשויים לעדכן, לשנות, להשעות או להפסיק תכונות לצורכי תחזוקה, אבטחה, משפט או מוצר. איננו מתחייבים לזמינות רציפה או נטולת שגיאות.
השם MediCRS, התוכנה, העיצוב, התוכן והחומרים הקשורים מוגנים בדיני קניין רוחני החלים, למעט רכיבי צד שלישי שבהם נעשה שימוש בהתאם לרישיונות שלהם.
במידה המרבית המותרת על פי דין, MediCRS מסופקת במצב “כפי שהיא” ו“כפי שהיא זמינה”. איננו מתחייבים שתזכורות, דוחות, רישומי בריאות, התראות למלווים או פונקציות אחרות יהיו מלאים, נטולי שגיאות, מיידיים או מתאימים למטרה רפואית מסוימת.
אין בתנאים אלה כדי לשלול או להגביל אחריות שלא ניתן לשלול או להגביל על פי דין.
המשתמש רשאי להפסיק להשתמש ב‑MediCRS בכל עת וליזום מחיקת חשבון מתוך האפליקציה. אנו עשויים להגביל גישה כאשר הדבר נדרש באופן סביר לצורכי אבטחה, מניעת שימוש לרעה או עמידה בדרישות משפטיות.
תנאים אלה כפופים לדין החל. זכויות צרכניות קוגנטיות במדינת המשתמש אינן נפגעות.
